Individual coaching supports progress that fits your real life, not perfection or pressure.
Individual flexible sessions are for adults who want personalized, one-on-one support around stress, wellbeing, leadership demands, or life transitions. These sessions are well-suited for people seeking focused guidance without committing to a longer coaching package, or in addition to their package.

17 years experience
I’m an educator, leader, and certified health and wellness coach with years of experience supporting people in high-responsibility, high-pressure roles.
My work takes a whole-person approach to wellbeing, supporting areas such as stress and nervous system regulation, energy and metabolic health, nutrition and fueling habits, sleep and recovery, focus and mental load, boundaries, and sustainable routines.
I help clients understand how stress, lifestyle, and workload interact across different areas of life and make practical, realistic changes that support both well-being and effectiveness.
I work with adults navigating burnout, transitions, and the ongoing weight of responsibility; at work, at home, or both.
I’m also a wife, a mom of four, and a dog lover, which keeps my work grounded in the realities of busy, complex lives.
Coaching focuses on education, behavior change, and lifestyle support and does not replace medical care.

Flexible Sessions are scheduled individually or as a short-term package. They are not designed for indefinite or ongoing use. If your needs change, we can discuss whether a coaching program would be a better fit. Are Flexible Sessions therapy? No. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. Coaching focuses on present and future-oriented goals, decision-making, and habit-building. If therapeutic or clinical support is needed, appropriate referrals may be recommended. What if coaching doesn’t feel like the right fit? Fit matters. If coaching does not feel supportive or aligned, we’ll discuss next steps openly and determine the best path forward together.
