"

I’m an educator, leader, and certified health and wellness coach with years of experience supporting people in high-responsibility, high-pressure roles.

My work takes a whole-person approach to wellbeing, supporting areas such as stress and nervous system regulation, energy and metabolic health, nutrition and fueling habits, sleep and recovery, focus and mental load, boundaries, and sustainable routines.

I help clients understand how stress, lifestyle, and workload interact across different areas of life and make practical, realistic changes that support both well-being and effectiveness.

I work with adults navigating burnout, transitions, and the ongoing weight of responsibility; at work, at home, or both.

I’m also a wife, a mom of four, and a dog lover, which keeps my work grounded in the realities of busy, complex lives.

Coaching focuses on education, behavior change, and lifestyle support and does not replace medical care.

FAQs

Still need more clarity? Here are answers to some commonly asked questions.

What is a Flexible Coaching Session?

Button

A Flexible Coaching Session is a 45-minute, one-on-one coaching conversation designed for short-term support, focused reflection, or situational clarity. These sessions are useful when you’re navigating a specific challenge, decision, or period of stress and want dedicated space to think, regulate, and recalibrate. Flexible Sessions can be helpful on their own and may also serve as a starting point for a longer coaching partnership.

Goals of Individual Coaching Sessions

Button

Increase awareness of stress patterns, capacity, and priorities Clarify personal and professional goals Strengthen self-regulation and stress management skills Support sustainable routines around energy, sleep, and wellbeing Improve boundaries and workload sustainability Enhance focus, clarity, and decision-making Align daily choices with personal values and responsibilities

Outcomes Clients Often Experience

Button

Greater sense of calm, steadiness, and control under pressure Improved energy, recovery, and day-to-day functioning Clearer priorities and reduced mental overload More confident boundary-setting at work and home Practical routines that feel realistic and sustainable Increased self-trust and self-efficacy A clearer understanding of what supports their wellbeing and performance

How is this different from a coaching program?

Button

Flexible Sessions provide support for a specific moment or issue. Coaching programs offer continuity, structure, and sustained support over time. If ongoing coaching would be beneficial, we’ll discuss program options together. There is no obligation to continue beyond a single session.

Who is a Flexible Session a good fit for?

Button

Flexible Sessions are a good fit if: You’re facing a specific decision or challenge You want support but aren’t ready to commit to a program You’re curious about coaching and want to experience it firsthand You need a reset or perspective without ongoing commitment If you’re seeking consistent accountability or long-term habit change, a coaching program may be a better fit.

Do you offer packages for Flexible Sessions?

Button

Yes. Clients may book a short-term package of three Flexible Sessions at a reduced rate. This option is intended for focused, short-term support and is not a substitute for a full coaching program.

Are Flexible Sessions confidential?

Button

Yes. Coaching conversations are confidential and conducted in alignment with professional and ethical standards, except where disclosure is required by law or safety concerns.

How are sessions conducted?

Button

Sessions are typically held virtually. Clients are encouraged to join from a quiet, private space to support focus and confidentiality.

What is your rescheduling policy?

Button

Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a Flexible Session. With adequate notice, sessions may be rescheduled without penalty, based on availability.

What happens if I miss a session or cancel late? Can Flexible Sessions be paused or extended?

Button

Sessions missed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are typically charged in full, as the time has been reserved specifically for you. Exceptions may be considered in cases of emergency. Flexible Sessions are scheduled individually or as a short-term package. They are not designed for indefinite or ongoing use. If your needs change, we can discuss whether a coaching program would be a better fit. Are Flexible Sessions therapy? No. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. Coaching focuses on present and future-oriented goals, decision-making, and habit-building. If therapeutic or clinical support is needed, appropriate referrals may be recommended. What if coaching doesn’t feel like the right fit? Fit matters. If coaching does not feel supportive or aligned, we’ll discuss next steps openly and determine the best path forward together.
