Warm Welcome

I’m Honor Hawkins, MA, NBC-HWC, a Board-Certified Health and Well-Being Coach and communications strategist.

My work is grounded in structured partnership, thoughtful insight, and coaching that elevates clarity into impact.

I work with accomplished women who know that well-being isn’t a luxury; it’s the foundation that makes sustainable success possible.

My approach blends evidence-based coaching psychology with the reality that you have unique capacity and infinite demands.

You’re here to do meaningful work, but testing your limits day after day won’t get you there.

As your coach, I bring together coaching psychology and decades of strategic communications expertise.

I'm also a mom, writer, lifelong learner, and recovering overachiever.

Like you, I’m here to do big things but want to savor the present while reaching toward the future.

Otherwise, what’s it all for?

Why Coaching

I specialize in health and well-being across mind, body, work, and life.
One of my biggest “whys” is that I’ve navigated my own seasons of stress, burnout, and health challenges.
Every day, I see brilliant, ambitious women running on empty. Everything suffers, including their impact.

There are countless tools and trends promising relief, but most of us get overwhelmed trying every solution before giving up entirely.

Coaching offers something different: a structured, insight-driven space to take inventory of your life, clarify what truly matters, and create sustainable change, one intentional step at a time.

Having a skilled coach isn’t a luxury; it’s an advantage.
Coaching gives you a framework, an ally, and the perspective to make better decisions faster while maintaining your well-being and focus.

What Creates Transformation

Most of us take action before we’re ready or delay it until it’s too late.
Coaching interrupts this cycle to create better outcomes.

In my experience, two elements consistently drive lasting transformation:

  • Being seen through your strengths and learning to lead from them.
  • Structured support to pause, reflect, and act with clarity to celebrate wins, edit environments, build support, and stay focused despite distractions.

This is how ambitious women create an environment that works and results that last.
