I’m Michael Thomas, an Integrative Health Coach based in Pickerington. I coach people who are carrying a lot and want a practical way forward. My work focuses on helping clients improve stress regulation, sleep, nutrition, movement, and consistency so they can feel stable, clear, and in control again.

 

I’m also the founder and Executive Director of Operation Meraki, where I have spent years serving veterans through peer support, wellness-focused programming, and community connection. That experience shaped how I coach. 

 

I understand what it looks like when life demands strength every day, and I also know that sustainable change comes from structure, not pressure.

 

My coaching is grounded, direct, and supportive. We focus on what you can do consistently, even in busy seasons. Every session follows a simple framework: Pause, Notice, Choose. We slow down, identify what is really driving the pattern, and commit to clear next steps you can follow.
