One complimentary 20-minute, one-on-one health and wellness coaching session
Your choice of a virtual session or in-person session in Indianapolis
A coaching conversation focused entirely on what you want to explore
Space to think out loud, get curious about what’s working and what isn’t, and uncover what feels important to you
Time at the end to identify a next step, if there is one that feels right
A brief opportunity to share feedback about your coaching experience afterward
Complete a short intake form so I can learn a little about you and what you might like to explore. You don’t need to arrive with a perfectly defined goal.
We’ll start with what feels most important to you that day. I’ll listen, ask questions, and help you explore what you want, what may be getting in the way, and what possibilities you see for moving forward.
Before we wrap up, we’ll talk about what you’re taking away from the conversation and, if it feels useful, what you’d like your next step to be. I’ll also invite you to share a little feedback about your experience.

35 years experience
I believe in science and modern medicine, and I also value holistic practices that support how people live day to day. I see them as complementary, not opposing.
My work is grounded in integrative health and wellness coach training, along with continued education in areas including nutrition, hormone health, gut health, mindful eating, sleep, behavior change, and GLP-1 support. It’s also shaped by lived experience, curiosity, and years of learning what it actually looks like to make changes in a real life.
I approach wellbeing as a practice, not a prescription. I don’t believe in perfect routines, rigid rules, or one-size-fits-all solutions. I believe in listening closely, asking good questions, and paying attention to what actually works for you.
I don’t diagnose, treat, or prescribe. My role is to partner with you as you explore your goals, clarify what matters, notice patterns, and decide what changes you want to make at a pace that fits your life.
I’m here to walk alongside, not ahead. To create space for curiosity and insight, and to support meaningful, lasting change one step at a time.
"Still need more clarity? Here are answers to some commonly asked questions.
Yes. There’s no fee and no obligation to book anything afterward. I’m offering a limited number of complimentary coaching conversations as I complete the coaching hours required for my National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching certification process. I’d appreciate your feedback afterward, but there’s no catch and no sales pitch.
Your medical providers diagnose, treat, prescribe, and make recommendations about your medical care. Health coaching is different. We focus on you, what matters to you, and the changes you want to make in your everyday life.
I won’t diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, change medications, or replace the advice of your healthcare providers. Think of coaching as a complement to the care you already receive.
Absolutely. There’s nothing to prepare or perform. I’ll guide the conversation with questions, and we’ll start wherever you are. You can bring a specific goal, something you’ve been struggling with, a decision you’re thinking through, or simply a sense that something needs to change.
Not at all. GLP-1 use and maintenance are areas I’m especially interested in, but I work with people around all kinds of health and wellness goals, including movement, sleep, stress, routines, weight changes, self-care, and navigating transitions.
No. Medication choice, dosing, side effects, and other medical decisions belong between you and your prescribing provider. What we can explore is everything happening around the medication: habits, routines, food and movement, maintenance, mindset, changes in your life, and what you want your health to look like long term.
That’s entirely up to you. You may leave with a next step you want to try, a new way of looking at something, or simply more clarity about what matters to you. I’ll ask for a little feedback about your experience, and then you’re free to take what was useful and run with it.
Yes. What you share during our coaching conversation is confidential, within the limits described in my client agreement.
Because I’m completing coaching hours toward my NBHWC certification, I do keep the documentation required for those hours. Your identity is coded, and the purpose of the documentation is to verify that an eligible coaching session took place, not to share the personal details of our conversation.
If you have any questions about confidentiality or how your session is documented, I’m always happy to talk about that before we begin.
