Hi, I’m a Certified Health Coach, PN Level 1 Certified Nutrition Coach and Personal Trainer, and I’m here to help women—especially those in perimenopause and menopause—feel strong, confident, and supported through all the changes that come with this stage of life.
I studied Sociology at Vanderbilt University, and I’ve always been passionate about health. I actually wanted to be a doctor since I was five, but life took me in a different direction. After losing both of my parents to cancer, I became even more committed to helping people take control of their health before illness shows up. That’s what led me to health coaching.
I believe in the power of prevention, real food, movement, and creating habits that stick. Most of all, I believe that everyone deserves support when it comes to their health.
