As a Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, I am committed to empowering individuals to take control of their health. Whether they are managing an autoimmune condition or simply seeking to improve their overall well-being, I guide them on a path of self-discovery and sustainable change. I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer at age 17 and had my thyroid surgically removed. There was so much I was never told, never made aware of. For years it was a rollercoaster of feeling crazy, alone, abandoned, depressed, weak, lost, afraid, and just plain defeated. It wasn’t until years later that I finally started to take control of my health and well-being. Because of my thyroid issues I’ve been forced to look at every aspect of my life and make the necessary changes to move from surviving to thriving. I started my Health Coaching journey in July of 2024 and am now a Certified Health & Wellness Coach. I am working towards becoming Nationally Certified in 2025 through the National Board of Health & Wellness Coaches. Making the decision to coach is a culmination of everything I’ve gone through and my desire to help others confidently take the next step in their journey.
