7 Private Coaching Sessions: (60 minutes via Zoom) Structured as a 3-month arc to install, calibrate, and lock in your new system.

The Full Friction Audit: A deep-dive diagnostic to establish your baseline metrics and identify your unique biological bottlenecks.

Custom Protocol Design: We don't just give you a list of habits; we co-design the specific protocols (transition routines, morning stacks) that fit your reality.

Weekday Support: Direct access for troubleshooting between sessions so you never get stuck.

Program structure

1. Month 1: Habit Reconstruction

During this month, you'll increase your awareness of the signals your body is giving you, interrupt the default action you take to cover those signals, replace that action with one that supports your biology, and start automating the new habit.

2. Month 2: Locked In

Button

During this month, you'll begin to apply the Ultradian Switching skill to other parts of your life (work schedule, meetings, rest, eating, physical exercise). You'll lock this habit in as a skillset.

3. Month 3: Integration

Button

In this last month, you'll pick an area of your life that needs automated habits, and we'll work together to customize a habit automation for that focus. You'll come away with not just the skills, but the result of having more energy, focus, and better biology.

Why is the schedule 3-2-2?

Change requires momentum. We meet 3 times in Month 1 to break the old loops and install the new system. In Months 2 and 3, we space the sessions out to give you time to "stress test" the habits in the real world and report back.

How is this different from the group program?

Button

Speed and Specificity. In a group, we teach the general system. In 1:1, we build your system. We can move faster through concepts you already get and go deeper into the specific obstacles (travel, insomnia, relationship stress) that are unique to you.

Is this therapy?

Button

No. This is biological systems engineering. We focus on inputs (demands, sleep, stress) and outputs (energy, focus, mood). We solve practical problems with physiological tools.

What if I need to reschedule?

Because this is a 1:1 engagement, we offer more flexibility than the live cohort. You can reschedule one session per month with 24-hour notice to fit your travel or work demands.
