1. How The Program Works

<p>This program runs for six weeks, providing a safe and supportive space to reflect, heal, and grow. During this time, you can schedule up to six private coaching sessions, typically held once per week, though the timing is flexible — you decide what works best for your schedule.</p><p><br>Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes and is held virtually via Google Meet.</p><p><br>Together, we’ll explore the Wheel of Wellness, set SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound), and identify small, meaningful actions to support your healing journey. Each session concludes with a clear, self-chosen action step to help you continue growing between sessions.</p><p><br>In our final session, we’ll reflect on your progress, celebrate your personal growth, and create a plan to help you continue nurturing your mind, body, and spirit beyond the program.</p>
