"Hello! I’m Jenn. I became a coach to support parents raising neurodivergent kiddos. My own son was diagnosed with autism when he was 4, and during that time—and the years that followed—I was constantly stressed and overwhelmed. After years of trying different parenting strategies to find relief, I discovered the biggest shift happened when I began focusing on my own emotional health. Essentially, I realized that if I wanted my son to be his most regulated, I needed to be my most regulated first. Prioritizing my emotional well-being transformed every aspect of my life. I found myself responding to my son’s challenging behaviors in more thoughtful and grounded ways, which in turn influenced how he reacted. My goal is to support fellow parents raising neurodivergent children because I truly understand how challenging it can be. I also know firsthand the profound impact improved emotional well-being can have on all aspects of one's life- most especially your parenting journey."
