I'm passionate about helping people feel their best in ways that actually fit their lives. I am currently pursuing my master’s degree in clinical nutrition and seeking national board certification for my health coaching credential. My training has allowed me to gain a deep, science-based understanding of how nutrition, movement, stress, and mindset work together to shape overall well-being.

No preparation is required! If you’d like, you can come with a health or wellness goal in mind, but we can also explore that together.

Health & wellness coaching is a client-centered process that helps you clarify your goals, overcome obstacles, and build sustainable habits. I won’t prescribe diets or meal plans. Instead, I help you discover what works best for you.

Can I book more than one session?

Yes! Coaching works best with consistency.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

You can reschedule or cancel with 24+ hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the session.
