Health & wellness coaching is a client-centered process that helps you clarify your goals, overcome obstacles, and build sustainable habits. I won’t prescribe diets or meal plans. Instead, I help you discover what works best for you.

Can I book more than one session?

Yes! Coaching works best with consistency. You can book additional sessions or purchase a package for ongoing support.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

You can reschedule or cancel with 24+ hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the session.
