Most programs focus on telling you what to do. This program focuses on helping you understand why you do what you do. Through motivational interviewing and guided conversations, we uncover the deeper patterns and barriers that have been keeping you stuck—so you can create real, lasting change.

Do I need to have specific health goals before starting?

Not at all. You can come in with clear goals or simply a desire to feel better and more in control of your health. We’ll work together to clarify your goals and create a plan that fits your life.

What if I’ve tried everything and nothing has worked?

That’s exactly who this program is for. If you’ve tried multiple approaches and still feel stuck, it’s often because the root issue hasn’t been addressed. This program helps you go deeper so you can finally move forward in a sustainable way.

Is this program focused more on mental health or physical health?

Both. While this program is not talk therapy. We understand that true wellness includes your mental, emotional, and physical health. This program takes a whole-person approach to help you feel better in every area of your life.

How much time will I need to commit each week?

You’ll have one coaching session per week, along with small, realistic action steps in between. The program is designed to fit into your life—not overwhelm it.

Will I receive a meal plan or workout plan?

This program does not focus on rigid meal or workout plans. Instead, we focus on helping you build sustainable habits and a lifestyle that works for you long-term. If needed, we can discuss general strategies that align with your goals.

What kind of support will I have between sessions?

You’ll have access to ongoing support between sessions for guidance, encouragement, and accountability—so you’re never navigating challenges alone.

What if I’m not consistent or struggle to follow through?

That’s okay—and very common. This program is designed to help you understand why consistency has been difficult and to build strategies that actually work for you. You don’t have to be perfect to succeed here.
