"

I’m Dr. Claudia Coker, an Organizational Psychologist, National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, and executive advisor with over 20 years of experience in organizational transformation, executive coaching, human capital strategy, and psychotherapy. I founded the Curious Leadership Institute (CLI) and Curious Integrative Wellness (CIW)—two branches of one mission—to help people and organizations reset, realign, and rise.

Through the Curious Leadership Institute (our strategic arm), I lead Reset Labs, executive and team coaching, and the Leadership & Coaching Academy, which equips the next generation of leaders and coaches in wellness and business mastery. I’ve had the privilege of advising organizations and federal agencies—including Lockheed Martin, DHS, GSA, and the VA—on leadership resilience, succession planning, culture transformation, and high-performance strategy.

Through Curious Integrative Wellness (wellness arm), I deliver trauma-informed, precision-based programs rooted in functional and lifestyle medicine. My work focuses on hormonal health, metabolic challenges, integrative mental health, and emotional regulation. I created the Emotional Metabolism™ Framework to help individuals transform stress, trauma, and unprocessed emotion into clarity and resilience. My team and I also use precision medicine approaches to help women restore harmony in mind, body, and spirit throughout life’s transitions.

My approach is comprehensive, incorporating neurodiversity inclusion, trauma-informed leadership, and whole-person healing. I weave together psychology, strategy, and integrative medicine to build cultures of innovation, resilience, and well-being—because I believe organizations thrive when people thrive.

I hold a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology and dual M.S. degrees in Organizational Consulting and Clinical Counseling. My training spans both organizational strategy and whole-person health, with advanced certifications in Functional Medicine (IFM), Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM), Integrative Medicine for Mental Health (IMMH), Prosci Change Management, Maxwell Leadership Coaching, and ADHD Specialist training.

I have also completed specialized certifications and advanced training in therapeutic and integrative modalities, including Fast Like a Girl (functional fasting for women’s health), trauma-informed care, mindfulness-based practices, cognitive-behavioral and somatic therapies, and resilience-based coaching.

I live in Georgia with my husband and two children, and when I’m not working, I enjoy traveling, cooking, running, and hiking. These personal interests and experiences also inform my professional work, allowing me to bring a unique perspective to my clients.

My mission is simple: to help people and organizations heal at the root so they can rise into their full potential—with clarity, resilience, and lasting impact.
