I’m a Health and Well-Being Coach Trained at Duke Integrative Medicine.* In that program, I repurposed and transformed my prior coaching skills, acquired through university teaching, to support adults holistically now who want to improve their health and wellness.
I plan to write a dementia resource book, which is my current passion project, to help people suffering from dementia and their caregivers.
As a professor, I published in my field, including on how concepts related to medicine, the environment, science, etc., are represented in literature and society.
