You don’t need more information. You need support turning what you already know into something that actually works in your real life.

I’m a board-certified health and wellness coach specializing in cardiometabolic health, insulin resistance, and sustainable behavior change. I support people navigating chronic and metabolic health concerns with practical, evidence-based coaching that fits real life.

Many clients come to coaching feeling overwhelmed or unsupported between medical appointments. They may have received information, diagnoses, or treatment plans, yet still feel unsure how to apply that guidance day to day. Many also feel frustrated by repeatedly hearing advice they already know, without support in adapting it to their unique health, lifestyle, and priorities. Coaching provides a space to translate information into personalized, realistic routines around nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, and self-care.

My professional background includes over a decade of experience in health coaching and behavior change, supporting individuals managing concerns such as prediabetes risk, metabolic syndrome, PCOS, cholesterol or blood pressure challenges, fatigue, inflammation, and weight changes. I work alongside healthcare teams, not instead of them, helping clients stay engaged, informed, and proactive in their care.

Coaching also played a meaningful role in my own health journey, shaping how I approach change with compassion, patience, and realism. I believe meaningful health progress happens in the everyday moments between appointments, where small, consistent choices and clear understanding can make a lasting difference.

FAQs

Still need more clarity? Here are answers to some commonly asked questions.

Is this medical care or nutrition therapy?

Button

No. This is non-medical health coaching. Coaching does not diagnose, prescribe, or treat medical conditions and does not replace care from a licensed healthcare provider. Coaching can complement medical care as part of a broader health approach.

Can this help if I have a diagnosis like PCOS, prediabetes, or high cholesterol?

Button

Yes. Coaching supports lifestyle and behavior change that can be helpful alongside medical care for many cardiometabolic conditions. All coaching stays within scope and focuses on habits, skills, and sustainable routines.

Do I need lab work or a referral?

Button

No lab work or referral is required. If you choose to share lab results or medical context, they can be used to inform goal-setting and lifestyle focus areas, but they are not required.

Is this session only for weight loss?

Button

No. While weight may be discussed if it is a personal goal, coaching focuses on overall metabolic health, energy, cardiovascular support, and sustainable behaviors rather than scale-focused outcomes alone.

Can this be helpful if I’m on medication (including GLP-1s)?

Button

Yes. Coaching can support lifestyle habits, routines, and mindset alongside medication use. Medication management remains with your prescribing provider.

What happens after the initial session?

Button

After your session, you may choose to continue with ongoing coaching, a structured program, or periodic check-ins based on your goals and preferences.

Is this coaching evidence-based?

Button

Yes. Sessions use established behavior change frameworks, motivational interviewing principles, and lifestyle science while remaining individualized and practical.
