This bundle will include 8 sessions in total

An accountability partner between sessions

A coaching relationship to address priority goals for change

Program structure

1. Introduction Session

Button

This session will allow the coach and client to introduce themselves to each other, find out more about Health and Wellness coaching, the process, exceptions, and contract information. Determine which coaching platform is right for you.

2. Assessment, Focus, Vision, and Goals

Button

An hour session will review the health and wellness wheel assessment, from here you will identify your focus, vision and goals that will support your health and wellness journey.

3. Follow up sessions

Our journey will cover 6 follow up sessions scheduled 1-2 weeks apart over the course of 3 months or longer. These sessions will be client driven to support continued growth towards sustainable life changes.

4. Closing session

Button

During the closing session we will review the journey and the changes made to support one's health and wellness journey. We will discuss the maintenance support needed to continue on your life long wellness journey.

"With over 12 years of experience in physical therapy and leadership, I transitioned into a proactive health and wellness role after embarking on my own personal wellness journey. This experience led me to reflect on the profound impact of well-being and the importance of taking a proactive approach to health. To further deepen my knowledge and expertise, I enrolled in the University of Vermont's Integrative Health and Wellness Coaching program. Through completing this program, I gained a deep appreciation for the role of health coaches in supporting a client-centered approach to healthcare. I have come to believe that health coaching empowers individuals to tap into their own strengths, enabling them to make meaningful health and behavioral changes. Our optimal selves are within us all, and sometimes, we simply need a supportive partner (or health coach) to help recognize and cultivate these strengths. I am excited to partner with you, sharing my passion for coaching and supporting you on your lifelong wellness journey."

Please know that life happens for coaches and clients. If it happens and you need to cancel our session, please do so as soon as possible to allow time for me to reschedule you and adjust my schedules as needed. Cancellations can be done by email or phone.

Refund

If you decide along this journey that coaching is not for you and you would like to discontinue this journey, I will refund your money minus the sessions already completed.
