20 years experience
For over 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of working as a physical therapist alongside children and adults with various conditions to develop and restore function. My clinical foundation is supported by a Master’s degree and advanced training through numerous courses and conferences in pediatrics, neurology, neuroplasticity, leadership, and personal development.
In 2020, I earned my coaching certification through the Catalyst Coaching Institute—a journey inspired by my desire to support myself and fellow healthcare professionals navigating the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Since then, I’ve expanded my work to include consulting and life coaching, blending evidence-based strategies with compassionate, client-centered guidance.
Beyond my clinical and coaching background, I bring over a decade of business and operational experience, having served as Director and later Chief Operations Officer in healthcare companies. I also have hands-on experience in consulting and entrepreneurship within the coaching, fitness, and wellness industries.
On a personal note, I’m a wife to my high school sweetheart and mother to two amazing daughters with unique learning needs. My family’s journey has deepened my advocacy for children with Dyslexia, ADHD, Autism, and anxiety—an experience that continually strengthens my empathy and fuels my passion for empowering other families to find alignment, resilience, and joy in every season of life!
