I used to believe that I needed to be perfect in order to be loved. Life, not always being what I thought it "should" be, brought a lot of shame, guilt and self-doubt into my thoughts. As I work through all of this - knowing it is a daily process - I’ve come to understand that perfectionism is outside the scope of love. Perfectionism creates a life of comparison, feelings of never being “good enough”, judgement, anxiety, and depression, to name a few. There is no rest there.
As a health and wellness coach my goal is to help people to break free from the "all or nothing" perfectionist mindset. I help my clients reconnect with themselves through the transformative power of self-compassion and shame resilience. My coaching is grounded in both evidence-based practices and a faith-based perspective, offering a safe and judgment-free space for clients to grow emotionally, spiritually, and physically.
