Healthy living is personal, and I firmly believe there is no single, one-size-fits-all solution for living well.
As humans, we are wired to gravitate toward what feels good. That’s why relying on willpower or feeling like you “should” do something can only take you so far. My goal as your coach is to help you discover your authentic “why” for healthy living and identify habits you genuinely want to incorporate into your life.
My approach is life-centered and real-world, focusing on finding ways—large and small—to build healthy habits that make sense in your life right now. Together, we will translate your health knowledge and intentions into sustainable, enjoyable, and consistent action.
I hold a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer (ACSM-CPT).
When I’m not coaching, I enjoy spending time at the beach with my family, cooking, traveling, walking, running and doing Pilates.
