I work with people who are successful, high-functioning on the outside but feel misaligned on the inside; heart-centered leaders, HR professionals, health and care providers, coaches, and those who give deeply to others but feel disconnected from themselves.

Maybe you feel like your light is stuck in a jar, radiant, strong, and beautiful but somehow distant from your energy, fulfillment, or sense of joy. I’m here to help you take the lid off that jar and come home to yourself.

I’m Erin, a National Board Certified Health & Wellbeing Coach, Leadership Coach, Chopra-certified Meditation Guide, and a former corporate leadership and culture strategist. I bring decades of experience in emotional wellbeing, behavior change, and leadership development to this work. But more than anything, I bring a deep commitment to wholehearted living for myself and every client I serve.

My approach blends grounding, presence, and compassionate space-holding with customized movement toward your purpose and goals. Together, we explore what matters most: your inner voice, values, patterns, purpose, and possibilities and co-create sustainable practices that nourish you and honor the season of life you’re in.

Whether you’re navigating a transition, leading a team, healing from burnout, stress and anxiety is out of balance, or longing to feel more like yourself again, this is a space where your wholeness is welcome.

As Rumi wrote, “I want to sing like the birds sing, not worrying about who hears or what they think.”

That’s the lightness and freedom I guide people toward the courage to lead from the center of your heart.
