I have been a coach for ten years and currently lead the Headspace Training Institute's Mental Health Coach Training Program, an NBHWC Approved Training Program, where we are working to revolutionize mental health care access and delivery through a full spectrum of care with coaching at the core. I am passionate about coaching, mental and holistic health, training people in fundamental coaching skills for career and life, dismantling systemic health inequities, and helping people self-discover their strengths, purpose, and self-worth.

 

I am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach (FMCHC), and a Certified National Diabetes Prevention Program (NDPP) Lifestyle Coach.
