FAQs

Still need more clarity? Here are answers to some commonly asked questions.

Q: Is this a meditation class?

Button

A: Not exactly. We use elements of mindfulness, but the focus is on practical tools to improve your mental and emotional fitness — even if you’ve never meditated.

Q: Is this therapy?

Button

A: No, this is a coaching-based group, not therapy. It’s focused on building skills and habits, not processing trauma or diagnosing mental health conditions.

Q: What if I’m going through a hard time (grief, caregiving, burnout)?

Button

A: You’re in the right place. This class gives you supportive tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and strength.

Q: Do I need to have any prior experience?

Button

A: Nope! This program is beginner-friendly, open to anyone ready to try a new approach to calming the mind and boosting brain health.

Q: What if I miss a session?

Button

A: You’ll get a handout and summary of that week’s theme. The tools build on each other, but you can jump back in the next week and stay on track.
