How long is each session?

Each session lasts about 45-50 minutes. This gives us enough time to review your intake form, explore your health goals, and identify 1–2 practical next steps without feeling rushed.

Will you give me a diet or meal plan?

No — that’s what nutritionists and doctors provide. My role is to help you cut through the noise, clarify what works for you, and guide you to sustainable changes. We’ll talk about food, habits, and lifestyle, but the steps we design will be personalised and realistic — not a one-size-fits-all plan.

What if I don’t know what my health goal is

That’s okay. Many clients come in simply knowing they want more energy, fewer cravings, or better health overall. In the session, we’ll work together to define what matters most to you and what “better health” looks like in your life.

How many sessions do I need?

Some people find one session gives them enough clarity to move forward on their own. Others choose ongoing sessions (3–6 months) for support, accountability, and momentum. You can start with one and decide from there.

Is this confidential?

Yes. Everything you share remains private. I follow professional coaching ethics and ICF standards so you can feel safe and supported.

What if I’m under medical treatment?

If you’re managing serious conditions (like cancer, recent surgery, or acute illness), your doctor must remain your primary guide. Coaching can be supportive, but it is not a replacement for medical care. How is this different from therapy?

Therapy often works on the past — trauma, grief, or mental health diagnoses. Coaching is future-focused. It’s about clarifying your goals, building confidence, and taking the next step toward better health. If therapy is more appropriate, I’ll recommend it.

How soon will I notice results?

Most people feel a shift in clarity right away. You’ll leave the session with a clearer vision and 1–2 concrete actions. Physical changes like weight, energy, or improved labs depend on consistency and may take weeks or months.

Can you help me with insulin resistance?

Yes. Insulin resistance is at the root of many health issues — weight gain, energy crashes, cravings, and long-term disease risk. While I don’t diagnose or prescribe, I can help you understand the principles and take first steps to improve insulin sensitivity through food, movement, and daily habits.
