I have led mindfulness and whole-health initiatives for diverse populations ranging from physicians and veterans to first responders, educators, and incarcerated individuals. No. This is a mindfulness-based educational and supportive workshop. It is not therapy and does not replace counseling or mental health treatment.
No experience is required. All practices are guided and beginner-friendly, with options offered so you can participate in ways that feel comfortable.
Sharing is always optional. You are welcome to listen generously and participate in the practices without speaking.
This workshop is open to many forms of grief, including the loss of a loved one, a relationship, health-related, an animal-being, to name a few.
