PQ is a mental fitness framework that helps you identify and shift self-sabotaging thoughts (Saboteurs) and strengthen your inner Sage, so you can respond to challenges with clarity and calm.
This program does not treat or cure diabetes. It’s designed to reduce stress, increase awareness of self-sabotaging behaviors, and support healthier daily choices. Many women find that when stress goes down, it’s easier to follow through on lifestyle habits that support their well-being.
You’ll need a smartphone, tablet, or computer to access the PQ® app and video modules, plus about 15 minutes a day for practices. You’ll also need openness and curiosity to explore new ways of thinking, feeling, and creating health.
