"Hi, I’m Katherine, founder of EverWell MN Health and Wellness Coaching. For 18+ years, I have worked as a pediatric physical therapist, helping children reach their full potential and fully engage in family life. Through this work, I realized that lasting change happens when parents feel supported and empowered—leading to the creation of EverWell MN. As a mom of three active kids, I know firsthand the challenge of balancing work, family, and self-care. I see how hard it is within my own family, and the countless families I've worked with as an pediatric physical therapist. Now, as a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, I’m passionate about helping parents prioritize their own well-being, foster a culture of wellness, and guide their families to thrive. I get it—I’m living this life too. Working outside the home, juggling healthy meals that my kids will actually eat, shuttling them to sports and activities, squeezing in my own workouts, and aiming for a decent bedtime—only to wake up and do it all over again. It’s a lot. But along the way, I’ve discovered pockets of joy and strategies that make it all feel more manageable and meaningful. And I’m here to help other parents find those moments and create their own path to balance and well-being. We’re in this together!"
