A Personal Note from Jeni:

I grew up on a small farm in rural America surrounded by horses, goats, gardens, and bees. Raised by a resilient single mom and a steady, soft-spoken grandfather, I learned early that grit, hard work, and kindness are the foundation of a meaningful life.

 

Fast forward → degrees in education, a master’s in health science, a educator, and three kids to raise (who are now adulting, yay!).

From the outside, everything looked “perfect.”

 

Behind the scenes, though, I was juggling caregiving, solo parenting, and survival.


Burnout wasn’t a buzzword—it was my reality.

 

That’s when I realized: I didn’t want to just hold it all together. I wanted to live fully. So I stopped chasing balance - and started building it.

 

Today:

I’m a Certified Master Coach (ICF-MCC), a Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), founder of The Standing Mountain and the Connecting Coaches, and a professor at a local college.

 

Through my work, I help high-achieving professionals, like Founders, CEOs, and Execs (including their spouses), who feel stretched thin recalibrate how they live, lead, and show up—at work and at home.

 

My clients often come to me when they’re:

- Managing stress that’s no longer sustainable

- Struggling to balance ambition with well-being

- Having a difficult time unplugging and connecting with their family
