As a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach (FMCHC) and National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), with additional credentials as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) since 2020, I bring a deeply personal, lived-experience approach to guiding clients toward lasting wellness.

In my mid-30s, frustrated by health challenges that conventional medicine couldn't resolve, I had to look outside of the conventional health care system. Through dedicated education, intentional dietary and movement shifts, yoga, and cultivated support systems, I reclaimed my vitality and transformed my life from the inside out. This journey—rooted in inner work, self-awareness, and resilience—fuels my coaching today.

My earlier years coaching competitive age-group swimmers taught me the power of clear vision, disciplined goal-setting, and consistent accountability. Now, I blend these strengths to help clients:
