My name is Ariane Sch’windt (Seixas), and my purpose is to guide women through one of the most transformative phases of their lives: the journey through perimenopause and menopause. I’m a Menopause Specialist and Wellness Coach, and my work is rooted in science, compassion, and a deep respect for women’s lived experiences.

My path into this field began with my own story. During my perimenopause, I faced years of symptoms, confusion, and a lack of support from the very systems that were meant to help me. I struggled to be heard, to be properly informed, and to receive the care I needed. What I lived through sparked something powerful: a commitment to educate myself, reclaim my health, and turn this personal challenge into a mission.

That mission has become my life’s work. I now help women understand what is happening in their bodies, navigate hormonal changes with confidence, and take control of their health with clarity and autonomy. I believe menopause is not an ending. It’s an invitation to rebuild, replenish, and step more fully into the healthiest, strongest, most vibrant version of ourselves.

In addition to my focus on menopause, I work closely with individuals navigating weight management and GLP-1 medications. My approach is rooted in ethics and evidence, aligning with emerging guidance from respected global health organizations. I combine behavioral, emotional, and lifestyle strategies to support clients in building sustainable habits, cultivating confidence, and achieving long-term well-being, far beyond what medication alone can offer.

My coaching style is warm, practical, and deeply personalized. I meet each client where they are, offering structured guidance, emotional support, and science-backed strategies for real lifestyle transformation. Whether someone is dealing with hot flashes, fatigue, mood swings, metabolism shifts, or simply trying to understand their changing body, I help them move from overwhelm to empowerment.

Education and continuous learning are essential parts of my work. Over the years, I’ve completed specialized training in menopause care, wellness and behavior change, and the ethical support of adults taking GLP-1 medications. I proudly stay updated with the latest research so my clients receive care that is current, safe, and aligned with best practices.

I also create accessible content for women, families, and workplaces, because menopause literacy matters. The more we understand this phase of life, the more we break stigma, promote well-being, and build support systems that uplift women rather than silence them.

My brand, “Menopausa sem Mistério: saúde, bem-estar, vitalidade e autonomia,” represents exactly what I believe in: clarity, trust, vitality, and the power every woman has to shape her own health journey. My goal is to translate complex information into guidance that feels supportive, clear, and actionable. And above all, to help women feel seen, respected, and informed.
