My name is Ariane Sch’windt (Seixas), and my purpose is to guide women through one of the most transformative phases of their lives: the journey through perimenopause and menopause. I’m a Menopause Specialist and Wellness Coach, and my work is rooted in science, compassion, and a deep respect for women’s lived experiences.
