Comprehensive assessment of your current health status, dietary habits and preferences, lifestyle, and overall health goals.

Together we will create both long and short-term goals based on the information provided in your initial assessment.

A detailed explanation of your body's energy and nutrient needs based on your expressed goals.

Weekly check ins via messaging in your portal as well as bi-weekly video sessions to monitor progress and provide encouragement and accountability.

Expert guidance and ongoing support using evidence-based strategies to help keep you on track as you work towards your goals.

"Hi, I'm Nikki! As a busy, working mom of two, I understand the challenges of balancing health, wellness, and the demands of life. With over 20 years of experience in coaching across therapeutic and fitness settings, I've dedicated my career to helping individuals build sustainable habits, develop a positive mindset, and achieve lasting wellness. My experience as a coach began with my role as a Speech Language Pathologist. As a dedicated parent coach, I helped families navigate the challenges of childhood development with practical strategies and compassionate support. I worked closely with parents to foster stronger connections with their children and promote emotional, behavioral, and cognitive growth. During that time I also became acutely aware of the parent's need to support their own physical and mental health so they could better support their child's needs. My passion for health and wellness coaching is deeply rooted in my own experience as a coach as well as my own personal struggles with disordered eating habits, an all-or-nothing mindset, and negative self-image. During my 16 years in the fitness industry, I've learned that I was not alone in my struggles, and many of the individuals I've coached have experienced the same difficulties. As I worked to build sustainable habits, develop a healthy mindset, and feel good in my own body, I developed a deep desire to give back to those who have shared these experiences. I've had the pleasure of working with clients who were just beginning their health journey, athletes looking to enhance their performance, and those just looking to lead healthier, balanced lives. I've worked to empower and support individuals as they work towards their outcomes by helping them set realistic goals and develop specific action plans, providing validation, encouragement, and accountability all the way. I believe in progress over perfection, and I'm here to help you find balance, prioritize self-care, and feel empowered every day.
