Instead of a live video call, we schedule a 30-minute block each week where we chat back and forth via text or voice notes. It gives you the real-time support of a session without the pressure of being on camera or rearranging your day.
Life happens! You can reschedule your weekly async session within the same week, or roll it into the following week. Just give me at least 24 hours’ notice so we can adjust together.
