"My journey began over 14 years ago when I decided to take control of my life and break free from the chains of addiction. Like many of you, I reached a point where I was sick and tired of being sick and tired, and I knew something had to change. My own struggle with addiction taught me that the road to recovery isn’t easy, but it’s incredibly rewarding. It’s a journey of self-discovery, healing, and ultimately, transformation. I’ve lived through the darkness, and I’ve come out the other side stronger, more self-aware, and deeply connected to a purpose greater than myself. I founded Sick & Tired LLC with one goal in mind: to help others who are walking the path I once walked. With over 14 years of being clean and sober, I’ve dedicated my life to guiding others through the challenges of addiction recovery. I believe that recovery is more than just abstaining from substances; it’s about rebuilding your life, finding peace within yourself, and rediscovering your inner strength. Through personalized recovery coaching, I aim to help you find clarity, purpose, and a sense of direction. My approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and real-life experience. I know what it feels like to struggle, but I also know the immense joy that comes from overcoming those struggles.
