1. Initial 90-Minute Session:

All sessions are conducted virtually via video call, so you can participate from anywhere so long as it’s quiet and private.

What if I need to reschedule?

You can continue your wellness journey independently with the tools and plan we've created, book additional accountability sessions to maintain momentum or choose a longer coaching program for deeper support.
