Clean & Lean Program Structure The Clean & Lean Program is structured over 5 weeks to gradually reset your metabolism, lower insulin, and promote sustainable fat loss through a simple, supportive, and personalized plan. Here’s what the structure looks like: Fasting Progression We start gently with a 12:12 fasting window (12 hours of eating, 12 hours of fasting) to ease your body into metabolic flexibility without stress. As the program progresses, most clients comfortably transition to a 16:8 fasting window—where fat-burning becomes more efficient, and appetite regulation improves naturally. Macronutrient Planning You’ll receive guidance on building protein-forward, insulin-smart meals that stabilize blood sugar and support fat loss. No calorie counting—just simple, structured meals with the right balance of: Quality protein Healthy fats Whole-food carbohydrates We provide sample meal templates, recipes, and snack strategies that fit real life. Fitness Strategy Clean & Lean incorporates a progressive movement plan focused on: Zone 2 cardio (like fast-paced walking) to improve fat oxidation and insulin sensitivity Optional strength training for those ready to build lean muscle, improve metabolism, and support body composition Workouts are accessible and scalable based on your fitness level and goals.
