Initial Consultation (60 min): Explore your goals, challenges, and lifestyle. Together, we’ll identify what matters most and design a coaching plan that feels doable.

 

Personalized Roadmap: You’ll leave with clarity on focus areas (nutrition, stress, sleep, movement, mindset) and first steps.

 

Ongoing Coaching Sessions

 

Weekly or Biweekly 60-Minute Sessions (depending on package).

Each session includes:

Reflection on wins and challenges since our last meeting
