Instead of asking ‘what’s wrong,’ we ask ‘why is this happening.’ I look at how nutrition, hormones, stress, lifestyle, and the body’s systems are all working together — and where things may be out of balance. This is not a rushed intake or generic advice session. It is a personalized, whole-person conversation focused on understanding your unique story, challenges, and goals.
