Health coaching is a client-centered process where I partner with you to explore your goals, clarify your vision of health, and create realistic, sustainable steps to get there. It’s not about me telling you what to do — it’s about empowering you to make the changes that matter most.
Sessions are held virtually through [Zoom/Google Meet], so you can join from the comfort of your own home. All you need is a phone or computer, an internet connection, and a quiet space.
The flow is simple: Introductions & what health coaching is Create your wellness vision Set long-term and short-term goals Check in on progress and reflect Wrap up, celebrate wins, and discuss next steps (including the option to continue with paid sessions, zero pressure)
These sessions are for adults in midlife who want to improve their overall wellness — whether that’s energy, stress, sleep, weight, or healthier habits.
Just yourself, an open mind, and maybe a notebook if you like to jot down notes.
Yes — the first 5 sessions are free because they are part of my requirements for the National Board Health & Wellness Coaching (NB-HWC) certification.
Yes! At the end of the 5 sessions, you’ll have the option to continue with paid coaching if you’d like ongoing support.
Therapy often focuses on the past and emotional healing. Nutrition counseling often provides prescriptive diet plans. Coaching focuses on the present and future — helping you create realistic lifestyle changes, uncover what’s holding you back, and build confidence in your ability to succeed.
Sessions are typically 20-30 minutes each.
