Together, we will review items in your fridge and pantry. Through the concept of Traffic Light Eating and understanding food labels, you will learn to shop for products that are the best in terms of both nutritional and monetary value.
You will learn how to organize your recipes and to meal plan and prep to take the guess work out of what to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Together, we will create personalized plans and “go to” recipes.
