Program structure

1. Sessions 1 and 2

Together, we will review items in your fridge and pantry. Through the concept of Traffic Light Eating and understanding food labels, you will learn to shop for products that are the best in terms of both nutritional and monetary value.

2. Sessions 3 and 4

Button

You will learn how to organize your recipes and to meal plan and prep to take the guess work out of what to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Together, we will create personalized plans and “go to” recipes.

"I am a working mother who has had to juggle the responsibility of feeding my family while accommodating various tastes and preferences, as well as, dietary and health needs. This meant coordinating the constraints of the budget with the expectations of lots of food for our Italian family, dairy and gluten intolerances, and my own auto-immune condition. I understand the science of behavior change and know that having a plan and a support system is key to long term health and wellness. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is tricky and fraught with daily obstacles and challenges. My goal is to get behind the eyes of my clients to see what they see, how they live, how they think, etc. Understanding how we think and act around food and exercise, as well as, sleep and stress is the foundation for holistic change. I enjoy helping others find their way to a healthier lifestyle customized around their health and wellness goals. I believe that every person has the capacity for change and with some compassionate guidance, can find their own unique way to a healthier lifestyle. I have been actively coaching for the last 4 years in private practice, at a local gym and, most recently, at a primary healthcare practice. I’ve worked with people of all ages both in person and via telehealth and enjoy guiding clients to a healthier state of being."
