I am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach with over 20 years of experience, dedicated to helping individuals cultivate well-being and optimal wellness. My own journey with chronic pain and chronic conditions has shaped my empathetic, client-centered approach and deepened my commitment to supporting others through their challenges.

Life is a winding path, often filled with discomfort, uncertainty, stress, and times of feeling burned out or stuck. I believe that exploring this journey with openness leads to insight, growth, and lasting change. Having learned to live more holistically and with greater fulfillment myself, I aim to help others do the same.

I walk alongside clients as they pursue resilience, balance, and joy—guided by the belief that everyone has the potential to live a meaningful, healthy life. Integrating my background in social work, personal health experience, and coaching expertise, I use a collaborative, co-creative approach to support sustainable progress and each person’s own definition of optimal well-being.
