Still need more clarity? Here are answers to some commonly asked questions.
Not at all. Many clients come to coaching because they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or off-track. Some clients just need a sounding board and support navigating change. Others simply value having a space to think out loud, reflect, and stay accountability as they make life feel more like their own. Coaching is for anyone that wants space to think clearly, get support, and create a plan. Small steps add up.
Anything related to your personal or professional wellbeing—burnout, boundaries, mindset, motivation, transitions, values, habits, and more. If it’s important to you, it’s relevant here. Remember, coaching is not therapy. Coaching services are not intended to provide or replace mental health treatment and do not include the assessment, diagnosis, or management of mental illness.
Each session is a focused conversation led by your goals. We’ll explore what matters most to you, what’s getting in the way, and map out practical next steps. You bring the topic—you set the pace.
Coaching is future-focused, action-oriented, and designed to help you clarify goals, overcome obstacles, and take intentional steps forward. It’s not mental health treatment and doesn’t include diagnosing or alleviating mental conditions.
That’s fine—as long as your therapist is aware and supportive. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, but it can complement your work by focusing on goals and forward momentum.
No! I believe the best solutions come from within you. My role is to ask the right questions, reflect what I hear, challenge limiting beliefs, and help you develop your own plan.
That's up to you! Sessions are 50 minutes. Some may want to meet weekly or biweekly, others less often. Frequency depends on your goals and availability. We’ll find a rhythm that works for you.
