My ideal client is someone who wants a thoughtful, supportive partner—someone to truly listen and help them move past feeling stuck. Using practical, science-informed tools and gentle guidance, I help clients gain clarity, explore new perspectives, and discover a path toward greater balance and well-being in the areas of life that matter most to them.
Included in your coaching sessions are timely check-ins to support your smaller goals and checkpoints towards your larger goals, via communication of your choice (text, email, phone call...) to help with developing self-autonomy and accountability. I will also provide media resources that may be helpful to your particular situation, with your permission. You are open to booking sessions individually or at a discounted rate for packages of 3 or 5 sessions, with the option to extend.

After spending my career as a cell biologist helping researchers apply unique technology to find answers to compelling biological questions, I felt called to move beyond the lab and the data to work directly with people looking for answers in their daily lives.
