Hi, I’m Sheila—a national board-certified physician assistant, health & wellness coach, and meditation and breathwork teacher. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from UNLV and a Master in Physician Assistant Studies from Western University of Health Sciences. I also hold the National Board Certification of Health and Wellness Coaching. I founded ReCenter Anywhere after ten years of experience as a PA in obesity medicine, urgent care, and most recently in mental health. My favorite part of being a PA has always been helping others create healthy habits that stick. With ReCenter Anywhere, I get to focus on guiding others in creating healthyish lives of joy and balance.

My passion for helping others transform their health mirrors my personal journey. I’ve faced depression, anxiety, and unhealthy habits—from emotional eating to smoking and binge drinking. True change began when I discovered mindfulness, reframed my inner narrative, and aligned my actions with my values. While still a work in progress, I believe we all have a best self waiting to emerge, and through mindfulness practices and value aligned living, we can create a ripple effect of positivity. Blending science-based expertise with personal transformation, I offer a unique, holistic approach to wellness.

These are 20 minute sessions. We will chat for a few minutes so I can get to know what you need in that moment and then the next 15 minutes will be in a guided meditation or breathwork or a combination of both.
If you are meditating consistently with a free app, then awesome, you do not need my services! However, if you (like so many people) need the human element of connection and accountability to develop a consistent practice, then this service is for you.
