My journey didn’t start with discipline or a “healthy lifestyle” badge. It started with confusion, experimentation, and losing both of my parents far too young — an experience that forced me to question why people who follow the “standard American Diet” still get sick. That loss became a turning point and pushed me to rewrite the story for myself, my family, and anyone who feels trapped in patterns they didn’t choose.
Since then, I’ve immersed myself in nearly every corner of wellness: intermittent fasting, Mediterranean eating, carnivore, breathwork, meditation, CrossFit, yoga, strength training, saunas, cold plunges, Tough Mudder — the list goes on. Some practices stuck, others didn’t, but each one taught me something about stress, recovery, resilience, and the narratives we carry.
