Because neurodiversity exists on a broad and beautifully varied spectrum, each individual’s coaching journey is unique. I don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach—your goals are shaped by your own strengths, challenges, values, and lived experience. Together, we’ll collaborate to set goals that feel authentic, achievable, and aligned with how you move through the world.

I was 16 the first time I created a support program for autistic students—long before I had the language for what I was doing. I just knew I loved helping people feel seen. That instinct has guided every chapter since, fueling a deep desire to support the neurodiverse community in navigating the unique challenges they face. My journey began as an ABA therapist, and here I found myself asking deeper questions—about the brain, behavior, and how to offer care that’s both ethical and effective. That curiosity led me to earn a Master’s in Neuropsychology and join two research teams: one studying how autistic brains process sensory information, and another focused on behavioral health interventions for autistic children. In those roles, I administered neuropsychological assessments, conducted brain MRI scans, contributed to diagnostic reports, and led a clinical intervention for parents of autistic children with co-occurring health challenges. I loved the scientific process—but I couldn’t ignore a growing feeling that something was missing. I was drawn not only to the science, but to the people. I wanted to go beyond the limits of what a clinical research role allowed—to offer real, flexible, meaningful support. But research protocols are standardized. My role was to coordinate, not to coach. And that never felt like enough. I also saw firsthand that it’s not just the neurodivergent individual who needs care—it’s the entire ecosystem around them. Too often, parents, partners, and loved ones carry invisible burdens like burnout, guilt, and compassion fatigue, without access to holistic support of their own. Over time, I also recognized that the term autism doesn’t capture the full picture. Most of the families I worked with were navigating co-occurring conditions like ADHD, sensory processing differences, and other neurodevelopmental needs. That’s why I now use the broader, more inclusive lens of neurodiversity. All of this led me to start my own practice. Through personalized coaching, I aim to create compassionate, affirming spaces that support the mind, body, and nervous system—both for neurodivergent individuals and for the caregivers who walk beside them. My approach blends science-backed tools, nervous system regulation, and lived empathy. I’m here to help people feel more grounded, empowered, and truly seen—because care shouldn’t come in one-size-fits-all packages. It should grow with you.

While both coaching and therapy offer valuable support for personal growth and emotional well-being, they differ in focus, scope, and approach. Therapy is typically led by licensed mental health professionals and focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, healing trauma, and addressing emotional or psychological distress. It often explores the “why” behind your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors—and may involve processing painful or complex past experiences. Coaching, by contrast, is a collaborative, future-focused process that supports clients in creating meaningful change in their daily lives. As a coach, I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Instead, I help clients clarify their goals, identify strengths, navigate current challenges, and build personalized, sustainable strategies for well-being and resilience. If you're unsure which kind of support is right for you, I'm happy to help you explore that during a free discovery call.
