I'm a certified health & wellness coach and arts in health professional who specializes in helping hardworking adults play for their wellbeing to prevent or overcome burnout. This was inspired by my own personal experience with burnout, 21 years in corporate, 10 years ed tech, 5 years in leadership, over 11 years in the field of arts in health, and my master's in arts in medicine from the University of Florida.
In 2023, my husband & I found out we couldn't have kids, which was a major hit to my wellbeing. Very quickly, I was no longer able to find a sense of balance with my stressful job, and I burnt out. I quit a job I'd had for over a decade to focus on my own personal health & wellbeing. Once I put it at the forefront, I realized that what I had been lacking was time to do things that I simply WANTED to do that sounded FUN & ENJOYABLE to me. What I was lacking was play. Rediscovering it made the heavy days a little lighter and eventually brought back my fun, joyful self back that I thought was gone forever. That's when I decided to dedicate my time to helping other hardworking adults find time for fun again, foster their inner child, and bring out their playful, joyful selves.
I started Playtronus LLC to do exactly that. Although my professional expertise is in design & visual art, I help people find activities that are fun, meaningful, & enjoyable to them. This could be anything from drawing or learning Photoshop to playing a musical instrument or dancing to connecting with nature or exercising outdoors to simply finding fun ways to socialize with others. Whether you only have a few minutes to spare in your day or are ready to take on a huge new hobby, I'm hear to help you figure out how to make it happen in a doable, fun, & healthy way!

This coaching is designed for adults who want to reduce stress and enhance their wellbeing through play. My clients are typically hardworking individuals, including corporate professionals, creative professionals, and those in the tech or EdTech industries. This is ideal for people who are ready to embrace positive change. However, as a coach, I do NOT diagnose or treat medical conditions.
Play can include any activity that brings you joy, is something you want to do, and sounds fun. It could involve playing a musical instrument, editing a picture in Photoshop, immersing yourself in nature, going for a walk, traveling, playing sports, having mini dance parties, engaging in various fun hobbies, reading, or even just lying in a hammock outside.
Play isn’t just fun—it’s essential for wellbeing. It helps reduce stress, boost creativity, and improves resilience. For those in demanding fields like corporate or tech, play can serve as a powerful counterbalance to burnout, fostering both personal and professional growth.
During our sessions, we’ll explore what makes something fun for you, target key areas of wellbeing to focus on, identify barriers preventing you from engaging in fun activities, and create a personalized game plan for you to be able to play for your wellbeing. Whether you’re interested in doing something creative, exploring nature, or just trying something new, our approach will be tailored to your unique needs and interests.
No, this is NOT therapy. Play for Wellbeing Coaching is health & wellness coaching focused on forward-looking strategies for healthy population clients, emphasizing creative and practical ways to integrate play into your routine.
Not at all! Play looks different for everyone. While I have expertise in areas like arts in health, multimedia art, and graphic design, we’ll work together to uncover activities that feel meaningful and enjoyable to you, whether or not they’re creative in nature.
I have background & expertise in health & wellness coaching, arts in health, corporate environments, management, multimedia art, design, and other applicable personal experience that can be used to help clients embrace wellbeing through play. However, coaching is client-centered, so you will always be the one in the driver’s seat. I am here to be more of an accountability & brainstorming buddy for you.
