Having spent my fair share of time chasing “anti-aging”, I am now in a place where I am beginning to embrace the fact that I am a “Junior Senior”.

(Clearly not fully embracing since I have to add “Junior” to my Senior status!)

Each day I spend in this acceptance, I am becoming more confident, bold and authentic than I have been in my entire life.

I am also spending time reflecting about my life, in a gentle way that I've never allowed myself.  I have always been a people pleaser and that has served me extremely well in my career(s); I cultivated a large, happy clientele as an esthetician, and the work was highly rewarding and satisfying for me.  In my personal life though, being a people pleaser hasn't always worked out, which has lead to chaos, hurt and bad decisions.  I've had plenty of Wealth and Hellness, now I'm focusing on Health and Wellness!  I present myself to you as a real person who's experienced joy and pain.  I have loved tenderly and deeply, and I've crashed and burned, and tore through life like a bull in a china shop.  I bear the emotional and physical scars that life inevitably brings.  My focus these days is on gentleness and quiet strength.  I call that a better balance.

I have always been into fitness…running, yoga, resistance, calisthenics.  And I've been through periods where I let it all slide.  Today, I am steadily and gently maintaining and improving my overall fitness.  Keywords are steadily and gently.

I'm not running, I'm walking.  I can't do the Scorpion Pose, but I can do a decent Sun Salute.  That's not to say I'm not pushing and challenging myself, I'm working out hard, but my hard.  And I am feeling great!

Also a nutrition buff, these days I mostly adhere to a Mediterranean diet.  I love to use fresh vegetables and grow some of my own.  I grow sprouts too as they are concentrated with nutrients.  I love to research and take certain supplements; that's not everybody's jam, but it's something I particularly like.  With that being said, once after a break up, I ate only tater tots for three days straight.

What I am discovering is the power of balance.  Emotional, physical (working on Tree Pose, balance is especially important for Seniors), and nutritional.

I continue to “do the work”, and the rewards are so fulfilling that I want to help others find their way to good, strong, balanced, satisfying, health and longevity. This is why I got the training and became a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach.  I can now guide you in a sensible, personalized, realistic and proven way to create the life of health and wellness you want to achieve.

I am here to listen to you, listen to your story, your desires.  With my training, I can help you discover and implement where you want to go from here.  Let's make this run down the home stretch a good one.  I would love more than anything to help you.
