Your initial call, Breakthrough Call, dives into your thorough health history and top goals for working with me as your health coach. We get to know one another, your top strengths, values and purpose during the first few sessions.
Over six months, we will meet twice a month for 30 or 50 minute calls. You will check in with me weekly to share progress, updates or ask any questions.
Throughout our six months together, there will be a theme of sustainability. You are creating a lasting lifestyle and that takes intention and accountability to create the change. Our final calls will focus on your desires for sustainability.
Oftentimes clients desire to keep scheduled check ins with me after they complete this 6 month Pursuit Program. Many clients repeat the complete Pursuit Program. I offer 4 pack and 8 pack session bundles that can be used within one year of purchase.
