<p>This is a 20-minute quick session. The first couple of minutes of the session will be spent discussing what is needed (ie. Stress Reduction, Midday Reset, etc) and what type of guided service is preferred (ie. Guided Meditation, Mindfulness, Gentle Movement, Affirmations, etc). </p><p> </p><p>Then we jump right in for the guided practice!</p>
