Do I need to prepare for sessions or complete work between sessions?

There is no required preparation. Some clients choose to reflect or take action between sessions, but this is shaped collaboratively and kept realistic. There are some upfront minimal assessments when we begin our work together.

What kind of topics can we work on?

Coaching topics vary by individual and may include health, stress, leadership, decision-making, boundaries, transitions, values, or overall life direction. The focus is determined together.

What happens at the end of the coaching package?

Toward the end of the engagement, we review progress and clarify next steps. Some clients choose to continue coaching; others take what they’ve gained and move forward independently. There is no obligation to continue.

How do I know if this is a good fit?

A free discovery call is offered to explore fit, answer questions, and ensure this coaching engagement aligns with your needs before committing.

How are sessions held?

Sessions are held virtually via video call. Details are shared after enrollment.

What if I need to reschedule?

Life happens. Sessions can be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Ongoing or last-minute cancelations may limit availability, so consistency is encouraged. The contract between client and coach will provide more information about cancelations and rescheduling.

Is everything we discuss confidential?

Yes. Coaching conversations are confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

Reground is a six-month advisory coaching engagement designed to provide ongoing thought partnership and decision support. Sessions are scheduled weekly or bi-weekly, with pacing and session length adapting over time based on the client’s needs.

The engagement combines shorter decision check-ins with longer deep-dive conversations, allowing space to address immediate issues while also working through more complex or longer-term challenges. The structure remains flexible rather than following a fixed sequence, supporting clarity, sustainability, and steady progress throughout the six months.
