Reset is a short-term coaching engagement consisting of six one-to-one sessions. Sessions are intentionally focused and paced to support clarity, decision-making, and forward movement around a defined issue.
Early sessions focus on clarifying the specific issue or decision to be addressed and identifying what matters most right now.
Subsequent sessions are used to work through that focus area, explore options, address obstacles, and refine direction as insight develops.
The engagement concludes with a clear wrap-up, consolidating learning and clarifying next steps aligned with the client’s current readiness.
Throughout the Reset engagement, coaching remains focused and responsive rather than following a fixed sequence or preset program.

Podcast
I host a podcast called The Unmuted Voices of Leaders with another friend / colleague / coach with a city executive background, Kellye Mazzoli. Together we talk through struggles and offer a way forward. We aim to unravel the professional muting that keeps city executives isolated and show other leaders they don’t’ have to carry everything in complete silence.
Still need more clarity? Here are answers to some commonly asked questions.
No. This is a coaching engagement focused on reflection, clarity, goal-setting, and forward-moving change. It does not replace therapy, counseling, medical care, or mental health treatment.
That’s completely okay. Many clients begin without a clear focus. Part of the coaching process is clarifying what matters most and identifying meaningful areas to work on together.
No. This is personalized, one-on-one coaching. Sessions are guided by the client’s goals, priorities, and needs rather than a fixed program or prescribed materials.
There is no required preparation. Some clients choose to reflect or take action between sessions, but this is shaped collaboratively and kept realistic. There are some upfront minimal assessments when we begin our work together.
Coaching topics vary by individual and may include health, stress, leadership, decision-making, boundaries, transitions, values, or overall life direction. The focus is determined together.
Toward the end of the engagement, we review progress and clarify next steps. Some clients choose to continue coaching; others take what they’ve gained and move forward independently. There is no obligation to continue.
