17 years experience
I’m an educator, leader, and certified health and wellness coach with years of experience supporting people in high-responsibility, high-pressure roles.
My work takes a whole-person approach to wellbeing, supporting areas such as stress and nervous system regulation, energy and metabolic health, nutrition and fueling habits, sleep and recovery, focus and mental load, boundaries, and sustainable routines.
I help clients understand how stress, lifestyle, and workload interact across different areas of life and make practical, realistic changes that support both well-being and effectiveness.
I work with adults navigating burnout, transitions, and the ongoing weight of responsibility; at work, at home, or both.
I’m also a wife, a mom of four, and a dog lover, which keeps my work grounded in the realities of busy, complex lives.
Coaching focuses on education, behavior change, and lifestyle support and does not replace medical care.
"Still need more clarity? Here are answers to some commonly asked questions.
Life gets busy. Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session. With sufficient notice, sessions may be rescheduled without penalty, based on availability.
Sessions canceled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice are typically charged at the full session rate, as that time has been reserved specifically for you. Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency.
Life happens. If an emergency arises, clients are encouraged to reach out as soon as possible. I aim to handle unexpected situations with fairness and care, while maintaining consistency across clients.
For coaching packages, sessions are intended to be used within an agreed-upon timeframe to support continuity and momentum. Extensions may be discussed if circumstances change, but opportunities may be limited and are at the discretion of the coach to determine availability.
Yes. Coaching can be paused or adjusted by mutual agreement if capacity, health, or life circumstances shift. The goal is to support sustainable engagement, not add pressure.
Yes. Coaching conversations are confidential and conducted within professional and ethical standards, except where disclosure is required by law or safety concerns.
Coaching sessions and packages are generally non-refundable once services have begun. This reflects the reserved time and commitment to the coaching relationship. Unused sessions may be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Sessions are typically held virtually unless otherwise arranged. Clients are encouraged to join from a quiet, private space to support focus and confidentiality.
Fit matters. If either the client or coach determines that coaching is not the right support, this will be discussed openly, and appropriate next steps or referrals may be suggested.
