My nutrition journey started around 20 years ago with sports nutrition. Back then, I didn’t have the resources to educate myself properly, so I often relied on marketing claims, advice from my personal trainer, and common ideas like "salads and smoothies are healthy because they’re low in fat." That was a mistake! I took one university nutrition class, which I enjoyed, but it didn’t feel right for me. I wanted to become a registered dietitian, but that class stopped me from choosing that major.
Fortunately, I discovered informative podcasts and books that changed my perspective. I learned that traditional universities often lack a holistic approach and can be influenced by biased funding. I eventually became a licensed psychotherapist, but my interest in nutrition remained strong. I found holistic training focused on a whole-person approach, free from corporate bias.
Now, I see clients for both nutritional psychotherapy and general health, with a special focus on ketogenic therapy. I have a physical office, so I can work with you either in-person or online!

It can be. While we don't restrict/count calories in this program and it's not specifically designed for weight-loss, it's actually much healthier and more sustainable to focus on quality rather than quantity of food. Many people find that their weight stabilizes during this program, but it's up to you to keep following the principles to continue the benefits.
No. This is designed for the layperson, although if you do have some background knowledge, you are still welcome to join us! Many find that it's beneficial just to have the social aspect of the program.
It's a combination of things. It's a support group, and also an experiential and educational program. Many participants value the social aspect of the groups, and it can be very motivating to have like-minded peers with similar health goals. This is not meant to be strictly educational (although some have treated it that way). Be ready to make changes to your diet and lifestyle for better health while getting support from peers!
This program does not "treat" anything, but instead provides you with basic tools to help you improve your own health using real, whole foods.
This program is actually a great starting point for several healing protocols, particularly ketogenic/metabolic therapy, AIP/paleo, GAPS, clean eating, general whole-food eating, and more.
Possibly. It very much depends on your body and the diet you are coming from, but some people experience fatigue, headaches, or other issues for a short time while their body adjusts to eating better. This is a sign that your body is actually doing better, not worse, and it's just a matter of pushing through. For most people, the effects don't last long, and we will discuss how to navigate it during our meetings.
You are encouraged to be part of the group as much as you can (you'll get the most out of it that way), but if you need to miss a meeting, you'll still have access to the reading material. Refunds won't be given, but you shouldn't get too behind if you keep up on the reading.
The price is $249.97 and this covers you for all five weeks of the program. That's only $50 per week, and is a great way to affordably get started on eating better before you decide to commit to an individual service.
Currently, it's offered online to accommodate participants from other states and countries. If there is enough demand, it's possible that we can organize an in-person group as well.
